Mental Health
It seems that some time after the First World War, the real mental health has become a kind of luxury. The absence of a true mental illness like schizophrenia or dementia is certainly not an indicator of mental health and comprehensive. The rise of the knowledge of human psychology that began in the 1960s was that absolutely clear.
In fact, even basic functionality can not be taken automatically to a human being living in this century. There are an unprecedented number of psychotherapy Americans and Europeans the company today - started as a fad now seems to have become a necessity of everyday life. The pressures of the rat race is overwhelming. The number of situations and triggers of mental disorders has increased significantly. The stress level is extremely high.
We are thus reduced by defining acceptable even on a mental level. A detour is certainly predictable in almost every post-modern man. Affordable mental health, then, is the lack of pre-defined disorders. A good standard to judge this seems to work in the health insurance companies, who are not willing to pay for mental disorders that do not lead to a complete breakdown in the normal life of an individual.
The diseases that indicate a serious disturbance in the mental health now include bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or major depressive disorder. Other disorders that may or may not be considered simply a lack of adjustment by the authorities may include obsessive-compulsive disorder, alcohol or drugs, or stress-induced nervous breakdown.
Mental health in the twenty-first century means a reasonable quality of life and the role of individuals, despite the enormous odds against him.
